For End Users:
Configurable AI features are available directly within your Matrix42 Enterprise Platform. Use AI-powered assistance for ticket analysis, knowledge suggestions, and automated workflows through the platform's interface. No additional setup required.
For Administrators:
This service is pre-configured for your Enterprise Platform instance. AI capabilities are managed through your standard Matrix42 admin console. Contact Matrix42 support if you need to enable or configure specific AI features.
Matrix42 Core / Pro Configurable AI
For End Users:
Once enabled by your administrator, Configurable AI features become available in your Matrix42 Core or Pro environment. Access AI capabilities through workflow configurations and custom integrations built by your admin team.
For Administrators:
To enable Configurable AI, you need to configure the AI gateway endpoint and API credentials in your Matrix42 Core/Pro settings. Contact your Matrix42 account manager or Labtagon support for access credentials and integration documentation.
